Brief Answer:
further examination required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

You need to get examined by your Gynecologist to identify the source of clear discharge per vagina. This could be due to some form of infection of the vagina which is common at this age due to dried and atrophic ( shrinking) Vaginal tissue mucosa ( upper layer). Your gynecologist might take a high vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity test to identify the organism causing infection. But this is not an emergency. You can see your doctor after you go back home after trip. No medicines are required which can be taken over the counter.

Nausea and loose stool for 15 days are unusual. But these could be due to food poisoning or change in food habits as you are travelling. Please give your stool for testing in the laboratory to check for the presence of any worms/ova /cyst. There is a possibility of parasitic infection. Since you are travelling, if its not possible for you to to get medical help I suggest you take antacid available over the counter everyday in morning. Diphynoxelate tablet helps to reduce diarrhea. Check if its available over the counter as I am not sure about over the counter availability.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Regards
