Brief Answer:
Stitches in vagina may not have healed yet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns today.

You must have had vaginal hysterectomy. the stitches in vagina sometimes take more time to heal. The bleeding could be from the surgery stiches area which is still raw,
Even vaginal infection can cause this discharge.
At this age vaginal mucosa is very thin and fragile. Any minor abrasion can cause such brownish discharge.
Consult your doctor to find out the exact cause for the brownish discharge. Accordingly she will prescribe appropriate treatment.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
