What Does An Air Pocket Above Hip Bone Indicate?

Question: i have what feels like a air pocket about 2 inches above my hip it comes and goes its not painful but it is noticiable ? thoughts?

sitting for a long period of time seems to make it more noticiable
it does decrese lying down
no chronic diseases
i just scheduled a dr appt
