What Does "amorphous Crystals" In A Urine Analysis Report Mean?

Question: urinalysis: PH of 8 many amorphous crystals. Everything else normal.
I am 8 weeks pregnant and on a vaginal suppository of progesterone. What does this mean and how could it affect my baby?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your urine analysis report has revealed PH of the urine to be 8 and presence of amorphous Crystal.

Your urine is alkaline in nature (PH 8).It is normal to find amorphous sediment (Phosphate )in healthy alkaline urine, so its presence is not necessarily an indicator of any underlying problems.

Do not worry as long as you do not have symptoms like burning,frequency,urgency suggestive of UTI.
