Question: Abdominal pain and no flatulence but stool is passing fine
what could it be

I understand your concern.
From your history, it seens like a case of mild stomach infection. You have abdominal pain and fever but your stool is okay. Stomach infection when mild, may not alter stool consistency. I would suggest you the following-

Modify your diet. Take soft bland diet for 3-5days.
You can take oflomac. But it would be better to take ofloxacin-ornidazole tablet twice daily for 5 days. It gives greater coverage.
If you have cramping abdominal pain, you can take decolic tablet.
For fever, you can take paracetamol tablet.
Drink loads of fluid.

You can consult your doctor for prescription of the above.
