Question: got a red spike thing growing on side of tonsil I am 23 years old no medical history no nothing went to doctors today he said he never seen anything like it before it could be a skin tag or it might be a tumor or a toe cancer need help asap

It looks like an outgrowth beside uvula.

I looked the pic thoroughly.
Looks like a outgrowth beside your uvula
If it feels soft then it is not of so much concern.Take some broad spectrum antibiotic tablets.
If it feels hard then you better consult a head neck surgeon.An excisional biopsy may be required.
