Brief Answer: hi. chronic infection of tonsils. Detailed Answer: Hi in my opinion you have chronic infection of your tonsils. Your tonsils are always inflammed.red veins in back of throat is because of congestion in posterior wall of pharynx. Lump in side of throat is your enlarged tonsil. Constant sensation to clear your throat is also because of mucosal congestion and edema in throat. If I were your treating doctor I would first treat your infection . Next I would evaluate how frequent you get throat infection in a year. If it more than 3 episodes in 6 months then I would recommend you to get your tonsils operated and removed. Preventive tips for chronic infection of tonsil is to avoid cold and oily foods.

Brief Answer: hi, eustachian tube blocked, tonsilar infection. Detailed Answer: Hi , your tonsillar stones are common in chronic infection of tonsils . In my opinion since you have stones in tonsil I would suggest you to get tonsil operated and removed. Ear and nose are connected through eustachian tube. So whsn ever you have infection ofnose and sinus ,eustachian tube gets blocked and there is negative pressure in that side of ear causing ear block , ear fullness fluid behind the ear drum and some times ear pain also. Once the sinus infection is treated with antibiotics , decongestants and anti histamines, the Eustachian tube opens andear blockage reduces. Even in throat infection also there is ear pain, thats referred pain in the ear because of same nerve supply to throat and ear. So when you have throat pain we have to evaluate nose and throat problem also.
