Question: I have discovered that I have a "bump" on the left side (more near the back) of of vaginal area. It feels different, kinda like a slight pressure. Not sure if it is simple a swollen muscle as I have been doing some HIIT (running). It is not painful.

Brief Answer:
It may be Cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello welcome to HealthcareMagic.

I can understand your concern. As per your age and history, i think cause for painless bump may be Cyst. Let me know please whether do you have itching, bleeding or white discharge, fever, weight loss? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

Treatment mainly depends upon underlying conditions. I'd suggest you to consult with gynaecologist for detailed examination and you may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after consultation. Don't use tight clothing. Use cotton clothing. Keep your genitals dry and cool. Kindly follow up if you have any query. take care.
