Brief Answer:
Lipoma

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. The bump on back with history of other lipomas, not painful, not that big in size, if still bothers can be easily excised and taken out. Just visit your cosmetic surgeon, they will do it under local anesthesia with minimal cosmetic incision and take it out. Else wise, if it does not bother you both cosmetically and pain wise then wait and observe is also a possibility and keep an eye, if the size increases or gets painful or associated with any other bump or symptoms, then get it out.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Brief Answer:
No worries

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for getting back to me

Symptoms like pain, cosmetic discomfort, skin irritation, back pain, increase in size may warrant its excision and that is what i meant. Usually these soft tissue masses are benign and means no harm though.

I hope it helps.
