Brief Answer:
Don't worry.Your thyroid report is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I am Dr.Rovena
I had gone through your query and medical history.

I read carefully your thyroid report and everything is OK.

The normal range for TSH is 0.5-6 nU/ml and as you see your TSH value of 2.25 is normal.

The normal range for free T4 is 0.7-1.8 ng/dl so your fT4 value of 1.1 is normal.

The normal range for free T3 is 1.5-4.1 pg/ml and your fT3 value of 2.2 is normal.

Laboratory reference ranges and normal ranges can differ from lab to lab.If the normal range of your lab shows free T3 2.2 as a low value in other labs this is a normal value.
If your free T3 were low and we should think of a probably hypothyroidism but in this case this we will have a high TSH.
Is not possible to have a Hypothyroidism with a normal value of TSH.
For this reason You don't need to worry because your free T3 is normal.

As you can see the thyroid's hormone level in your blood is completely normal.
This means that your thyroid gland is functioning well and there is nothing wrong with it.

Hope I was able to help you.
If you have any further question I will be happy to help.
Take care.
