Brief Answer:
Labs

Detailed Answer:
1 LabA1c 7.4 typically refers to Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c levels that indicate the average blood glucose in the preceding 3 months.

Normal levels are between 4 to 5.6. 5.7 to 6.4 % is considered pre diabetes

6.5% and above is compatible with diabetes

I see you already have diabetes, so the target is around 6.5 to 7 % based on your treating physician's discretion

2 LabA1c 7.7 is redundant but I wonder why the number is different form the above 7.4%

3 HCT is generally a short form of hematocrit. The range varies from lab to lab but this clearly appears to be below normal, suggesting anemia

4 TRIG is short for serum triglycerides, a form of cholesterol in the blood. Optimal levels are less than 150 and yours are 378

5 AST is a liver function test, and this again varies from lab to lab regarding the normal range. But since you say the 'not normal' ones are presented by you here, it is possible that the upper limit for this particular must be less than 34
