Brief Answer:
Continue same and watch for danger signs

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform
I have gone through the query and do understand your concern.
Fever, vomiting and loose stool in this age is mainly due to some infection, viral much commoner than bacterial.
I won't get worried as fever and loose stool are under control and vomiting is occasional(not severe) & this goes in favor of viral infection.
Ondem and Emeset both contain ondensetron and given to control vomiting. You can continue using any one of them for next 2-3 days. Crocin contains paracetamol and is given to bring down the temperature. As there is no fever give crocin only if temperature is more than 99.5. Continue giving Enterogermina.
I would like to know if he is vomiting after every feed or it is occasional.
In case vomiting is very frequent he may need injection to control vomiting as this may cause dehydration.
Watch for general activity, frequency of urine, sunken eyes or any other significant problem.
If you find any of these or vomiting is severe consult your pediatrician immediately.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards

Brief Answer:
If vomiting persists even after giving Ondem or Emeset take him to a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for delayed reply,

If the child is vomiting even after giving Emeset or Ondem you should take him to a pediatrician for injectable medicine for vomiting.

The oral medicine may not work because of frequent vomiting and repeated vomiting may cause dehydration too.

Regards
