All the report findings are normal except for raised ESR, which is not very significant unless there is history of fever or joint pains.
According to this report, everything is normal and I would not put you on any treatment.
Reports have some value and meaning only if history of the patient is also known.
So please tell me what symptoms did you go to the doctor with so that I can tell you if something is wrong or not?
