Brief Answer:
Her tests are mostly normal except BNP and sputum.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your mother`s reports. Most of the reports are normal except that the BNP is slightly raised. This test is used to see the functioning of heart and is raised in heart failure.

You may need to consult a cardiologist for this. Urine shows only trace protein. It could be a normal finding or may be even present when one has high fever. I hope she has no kidney problems. Sputum shows few pus cells and culture has grown some bacteria . It may be indicative of respiratory tract infection.

Hope this answers your query. Feel free to get back to me in case of any further queries.

Take care

I have attahced another three reports. Doctor advised to go for angiography to be on safer side if in case there is any blockage after taking rest for a 7-10 days period. Diagnosis and consultation started after having dry cough. What shall we do?

Thanks for your promt response .

Brief Answer:
You should consult a cardiologist regarding angiography.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

You have not mentioned yet what she is suffering from or what are her symptoms. Her chest X-ray shows consolidation in left mid zone which could be due to pneumonia.

I did not find anything significant in her ECG but her echo shows that she might have had a heart attack sometime and her heart is pumping sub-optimally which can be a sign of heart failure.

At this outset, I'd suggest you to please consult a cardiologist whether she should undergo an angiography and how helpful it will be at this stage when she has already had a heart attack.

Wishing you the best.
