Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM..

I've gone through all of the reports and let me assure you that almost all of the reports are just within normal range, so just relax..

Few values are just deranged but very marginally..

Let me know are you vegetarian ? If yes then it's time to introduce some animal protein in your diet(egg and chicken will do)..

There's some nutritional deficiency reflected in some of your reports for which I'd suggest you to start taking Multivitamin supplements (eg. Cap COBADEX 1 Cap once daily after breakfast for next 1 month)..

There's a borderline enhancement of indirect bilirubin with normal liver enzymes, which requires physical examination by an Internal medicine specialist to determine if it's anything significant or not..

Do you smoke , if yes then it's time to stop ..

Start drinking a lot of water(3-3.5 ltr per day) also a healthy diet plan including fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables , moderate protein, carbohydrate and fiber rich diet..

The ECG findings may or may not be significant , needs to be clinically checked along with inspection of the ECG rhythm, not the report..

So please schedule an appointment with an Internal Medicine specialist to get yourself clinically evaluated along with these..

As for now, nothing serious, so don't worry, just follow all the advises and you'll fine..

Let me know if anything's not clear

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Welcome back,

Thanks for following up..

There are certain parameters of our blood which reflects the nutritional status of our body, some of them showed up in your Complete Blood Count also(the MCV , MCHC) so when the body appears deficient it's the time to provide supplementation to compensate that , that's why you should start Multivitamin like Cobadex (to compensate for the Vit B12 deficiency more specifically).. don't worry about the liver enzymes , none of them are too significant at this point , just needed to be examined by an Internal medicine specialist to rule out any clinical findings that's all ..

Also you need to consider including some Fish and nuts like almonds, whole grain foods to increase the HDL(the good cholesterol) in your body..

Just follow all the advises as I've already given and schedule the appointment for a clinical examination by the internal medicine specialist (who'll also provide the prescriptions accordingly)..

Let me know if your having any other concern..

Take Care
Kind Regards
