Brief Answer:
interpretation & management

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and following is/are my observations:

1. Looking/going through the Hematology report it can be deduced:

. Serum Calcium is slightly low ( are there features of any peri oral numbness or tingling sensation?

. MCH is low, MCHC is diminished and MCV is less too, while all other parameters are normal thus few possibilities which have to be excluded are:

. Could be a case of microcytic hypochromic anemia probably iron deficiency anemia (IDA)
. As the patient is female thus one has to rule out common causes of IDA: Nutritional deficiency, chronic blood loss ( worms, piles, ulcer, menorrhagia, uterine fibroid)??
PS. Do let me know of any of the possibility

2. Check with a Hematologist/Pathologist for in depth analysis.

3. Go for other tests like: size and shape of RBC, ferrokinetics, vitamin B12 and folic acid deficiency, liver function test, thyroid function test
ultrasonography,gynecological opinion

4. Till further investigation, and clinical examination:

Take: old brown rice, green gram, white gourd, spinach, carrot, methi, banana, garlic, amla, dried ginger, rice gruel, turmeric, honey.

Avoid: black gram, sour food/fruit, sesame, asafoetida, alcohol, fish, excess water drinking, dag time sleeping, anger/grief.

5. Medicines work best when a clinical diagnosis is established, thus do revert back at earliest.

ii. You can then search for gynecologist under HCM Doctor Speciality and then consult with the female doctor regarding
further management or if everything is normal in examination and reports you may directly click on my link: bit.ly/drmunishsood for further line of treatment.

2. Since even she has to ask questions which only you or your wife will be in better position to answer thus your opinion and her observation will matter the most.

3. I cannot do the needful myself since questions will be related with female anatomy which only females can answer and understand
