Brief Answer:
Suggestive of mild iron deficiency anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

The reports are mildly deranged but don't worry. They need just dietary modifications and no medical treatment at present.

The interpretation is as follows:
1. Amylase is within normal limits (WNL). Its mainly for pancreatic function which is normal in the patient.
2. Iron stores are mildly on the lower side. Also, Hemoglobin, MCH, MCHC, MCV are on lower side along with raised RDW. All these reports are suggestive of mild iron deficiency anemia. We advice for increase in iron rich food intake to improve these parameters. Sometimes, iron supplements may be useful if dietary modifications are not enough.

3. Renal function test ( BUN, CREATININE, URIC ACID, CALCIUM, BUN/CREAT) normal. Don't worry about BUN which is on lower side. It can be easily corrected by increased protein intake in diet.

4. Lipase normal.

5. Lipid profile normal. Mild variations in alkaline phosphatase and serum globulin can occur even in normal people. No need for any specific medication for this.

6. Thyroid profile normal.

7. Sugar levels normal.

Hopefully this will help you.

Take care
