Question: What does it mean when ventricles, sulci and cisterns are symmetric and slightly prominent for age. No Mass effect or extra axial collection.

Your Mri findings are normal.
Mild prominent ventricles is common with age.
You can get routine testing like blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test, lipid profile, vitamin B 12 and Thyroid status.
Blood pressure should be controlled.
Other treatment depends upon symptoms.
Provide symptoms.

I have one more question regarding the MRI results What about few scattered foci, of increased T2 signal in white manner non specific but like chronic small vessell ischemic changes. No abmormal focus of susceptibility ir restrctive diffussion. .

Small T2 lesions are common with increasing age suggestive of atherosclerosis of small vessels due to age, dyslipidemia, hypertension, diabetes, renal disease.
Get routine investigations to rule out any risk factors at present and take treatment accordingly.
