Question: Can MOPP chemotherapy protocol and full body radiotherapy for Hodgkin Disease IVB (1970 -1972), plus R-CHOP chemo for diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (2004), plus resection of five lymph nodes and surface tumor for sweat gland cancer and current status of indolent Large Granular Lymphocytic Leukemia be totally ignored as partial causes when making diagnosis -- after surgical removal of several samples of lung tissue -- of Respiratory Bronchiolitis (associated) Interstitial Lung Disease? Said RBILD diagnosis comes two years after needle bx of lung revealed apparent BOOP or (COP), agreed to by at least two pathology labs. Thank you, XXXXXX
