Your findings suggests raised HsCRP,homocysteine, uric acid and triglyceride level.
Vitamin D and HDL level are decreased.
Cholesterol level is towards upper limit.

Vitamin B12 level is normal.

Raised HsCRP and homocysteine level may indicate moderate increased risk for cardiovascular disease.
You may need fenofibrate tablet at night due to increased triglyceride level.

You should avoid saturated fat, high purine diet and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fibers in your diet.

If high uric acid level persists then you may need medicines like allopurinol.

You may need vitamin D tablet supplementation. One tablet to be taken weekly for 8 weeks. You should also expose properly to sunlight.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram,LFT,RFT,RBS and ultrasound of abdomen.

You may need few more medicines after complete investigations.
