Brief Answer:
No,the dosage of Thyronorm is Ok for the moment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I read carefully your question and understood your concern.

From the thyroid test results i can see that she has low TSH and normal T3,T4 .

TSH stimulates the thyroid gland to make thyroid hormones(T4 and T3).
A low level of TSH means that the thyroid gland is overactive and is making too much thyroid hormones.(T4 and T3). A high level of T4 and T3 confirms hyperthyroidism.
It is true that ,low TSH and tachycardia or high pulse rate can be due to hyperthyroidism.

But in your wife's case the level of thyroid hormones in within the normal range. This means that the thyroid gland is not the culpit of her episodic high pulse rate and the dosage of thyronorm is correct for the moment.

2.For the lipid profile the results show: normal triglicerdes level and slightly high colesterol level,Borderline hiigh LDL level and a good/near optimal HDL level.

If your wife were my patient,i will recommend her a hypolipidemic diet. Her results do not justify to start an hypolipidemic treatement.

The hypolipidemic diet - it is a great way to improve her health and reduce cholesterol.

This diet includes the following scheme and rules of consumption products.
-First, reduce the consumption of fatty foods. It should give up the butter, coconut and palm oil.Do not use in food animal fats.In your diet, you can add, but very carefully, vegetable, corn, cottonseed or canola oil.
-Secondly, hypolipidemic diet are allowed to eat any fish, even fatty marine species.Contained in fish products, useful, polyunsaturated fatty acids.

A balanced diet will have a therapeutic effect on the body, being overweight goes(if she is overweight) and cholesterol levels to normal, and will be maintained at the required level.

I suggest to repeat the thyroid profile test 3 month after you start the hypocarolic diet to verify the results.(Let me know if she will have further cholesterol problems even with the diet).

Hope i have answered to all your questions. If you have other doubts, feel free and ask.I will be happy to help.
