What Do The Following Chest X-ray And CT Scan Report Indicate?
Question: Hi This is about my Sister who is 36 Years old. She had a sudden start of back pain , due to which she went to doctor and he ordered X-Ray (Lumbo Sacral Spine -- AP and Lateral Views). The X-Ray was otherwise Normal but there was a mention of "Multiple Calcified nodes are seen in abdomen in aortic and iliac group".Due to this doctor ordered an Whole Abdomen Ultraound. In the ultrasound, result which is attached in this question, there was one reading saying "A 30 mm thick walled cyst is seen in the right ovary -- Corpus leuteum". When shown to the doctor , he initially said it may be normal but he said if we want more clarity, we can go for a Chest X-Ray and CT-SCan and creatinine test for Kidneys. the Chest X-Ray and Ct-Scan results are attached with this question. The Creatinine, Serum came Normal (0.89 Normal Range 0.69 -- 1.1).
Looking at the Ct-Scan and X-Ray can you suggest if there is anything that needs further evaluation or something we need to worry about
