hi
thankyou for your reply.
as mentioned I have started taking magnesium and am not sure what amount I should be taking. I have heard that this affects calcium? should I be taking calcium as well?

when you mentioned minor variation if I was to get 160 and then a morning reading of in the range of 130 that would be ok? occasionally I do get 160 during the day but I haven't recorded it as I find it comes back down to 130 in the morning.

Brief Answer:
Variation is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Your blood pressure readings are normal. You need not take magnesium supplements. You can restrict your salt intake in moderation. Blood pressure varies with time of the day, body posture, type of meals, exercise and many other environmental factors. This variation is normal.
Hope my answer is helpful.
