Brief Answer: Sounds like viral infection like genital warts Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic! Sounds like viral infection like genital warts caused by HPV or molluscum contagiosum. But, many things like polyps, malignancy etc should be excluded. However, a Physical examination is mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out. Hope I have answered your query. Brief Answer: I understood what you were trying to tell. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for follow up! I understood what you were trying to tell. But still, because of your elderly age, we definitely need to exclude chances of malignancy (though the possibility is very very rare based on the clinical description you have gives). Please be reassured that there is nothing big to worry about, but at the same time, you may not want to take a minor chance also. Hope I have answered your query.
