Brief Answer:
It can be a normal finding. We have to rule out fungal infection though

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

White vaginal discharge is a normal finding in young females. But we have to rule fungal infection(candidiasis) first.
White milky discharge or white creamy discharge is completely normal and helps to keep vaginal tissues healthy and free from infections. The amount of discharge increases during menstruation and ovulation(middle of your cycle).
Whitish discharge can be a symptom of fungal infection/yeast infection especially when you have symptoms like itching.
Consult a gynaecologist if youhave itching and/or swelling around the vulva, labia, or vaginal opening.
or discharge has a strong smell. If fungal infection is confirmed, you have to take topical and oral antifungals.
You can take simple analgesics like mefenenic for pain. Drink plenty of water.
Hope I have answered your query .
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
