Question: Hi, I am XXXX and have red spots on my chest and back along with large black and brown spots along with the red spots and on my butt, red spots on my neck and chest, borderline high blood presser... snoring and stop breathing funny my IAST NAME IS THE SAME as u.

Probably you have developed tinea corporis, a fungal infection.
