Brief Answer:
Treatment with antibiotics is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached report. I am more concerned about the presence of pus cells in moderate quantities rather than the presence of Klebsiella. The presence of Klebsiella could well be an artifact but pus cells are produced only when the body is fighting them. So, in a nutshell, treatment with antibiotics is necessary. After checking the sensitivity profile I feel that treatment with Ceftin or Zinacef (cefuroxime) would help in resolving the problem. Discuss with your treating physician before going for them.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
