Brief Answer:
Needs further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I understand you must be very worried about your Ultrasound finding. I can certainly help you with this.

From the ultrasound is rather inconclusive and radiologist could not see the ureter on the ultrasound ( ureter is the pipe that connects the kidney to the bladder) and he says that at the pelvi calyceal system there is dilatation. This type of finding is usually seen when there is something obstructing the kidney like a stone.

Here is how you should go about it

1. As the ultrasound was inconclusive I recommend contrast-enhanced CT scan. This will clearly show us any stone or other abnormalities
2. I suggest you to get renal function test and urine routine done to look for changes.

Please note that contrast-enhanced CT requires you to have normal renal function ( serum creatinine)

The best person to approach for further evaluation is a urologist for this issue. Find out a good urologist near you

I am sure you have doubts, I will be happy to answer any clarifications you need

Regards

Brief Answer:
Normal urine routine

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for updating the urine routine report. Your urine report is normal so you have nothing to worry about and it rules out infection.

Yes, like I said in my earlier post to you there is most likely a stone which is not being visualised through the ultrasound so CT scan is the best modality to find out
