Question: My endrometrium is 2mm and my report also saidMildly heterogeneous myometrium may reflect diffuse leiomyomatous change. 

I am having pelvic pressure, low back pain, bloating, heavy cycle with hand size clots, nausea and fatigue and feeling full fast
What does this mean
