What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

default
Posted on Tue, 31 Jan 2017
Question: I have been dealing with a complex set if symptoms for the past two years. I'll try to keep it brief to stay with.
AMA pregnancy (38 yrs old)
Cholestasis
Gestational diabetes

C-diff contracted while giving birth 10/1/14
Diagnosis of pelvic inflammatory condition

Ultra sound, colonoscopy, endoscopy, lab work, still samples conducted. Waiting on pathology from stomach biopsy-otherwise no clinical concerns with results on all tests. CT scan results- compressed adrenal gland, enlarged gonad, moderate vascular blockage, a few other related results.

Severe lower back pain-dull constant ache , lower left abdominal pain- 1 hour after eating and significant until bowel movement, nausea, loss of appetite, weight loss.

Immature glanulocytes .05
Slightly raised lipase, malase normal

I'm frustrated beyond belief and in pain since 2014, symptoms began interfering with normal activity 6 months ago.

In the care of GI specialist- feeling the need to advocate for myself due to OBGYN, intervention radiologist, and PCP referring me to someone else and six months of waiting to get appointments.

Are there any concerns you see from this information, or direction you can provide for quicker results.

Thank you for your time,
doctor

Brief Answer:
Waiting your medical reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:

1. I need to know more about your medical reports. It means that it would be better if you can upload to me all your medical reports so I can check them by myself.
2. Your symptoms like lower left abdominal pain may be related with ovary issues since your ovary are enlarged.
Since colonoscopy is normal than large bowel issues to explain your symptoms are uncommon.

Otherwise I will see all your reports and i will give you a more accurate opinion.

Wish you happy new year!
