Brief Answer:
Need titration of diabetic medicines and evaluation for low Hb & Platelets.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

I have also gone through your other questions regarding your father.

Key issue that need to tackled immediately-
- Uncontrolled blood sugar levels I may suggest use of insulin.
- Evaluation for low Hb & platelet count.
- Evaluation for joint problem.

First you should consult his treating doctor for detailed physical examination.
Depending upon it further evaluation can be planned.

In such case I may suggest-
- Blood sugar level - Fasting, Post-prandial and HbA1c.
- Liver Function Test.
- Renal Function test including uric acid.
- Iron profile.
- Vitamin B12 & D3.
- Urine examination including urine albumin creatinine ratio.
- Ultrasound for Liver, spleen and abdominal lymph nodes.
- Chest xray.
- ESR, CRP.
- ANA.

Depending upon detailed clinical examination and above test results there may be need for consultation with Rheumatologist or/and Haematologist.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Abhay Mali.
