I recently noticed a sudden change in my sperm colour,smell and texture,I started feeling internal heat in my arm pit,I feel this itchy sensation and movement in my testes especially when I'm wearing an underwater or XXXXXXX My urine color permanently changed from whitish to yellowish,Within my self I feel this kind of irritating fowl smell.

The change in colour and consistency of semen and urine is mostly due to less intake of water (Dehydration).

Since there is no infection either in semen or urine you need not wory at all ..
Drinking more water as a routine so as to pass 2 liters of urine in 24 hours will resolve both the issues .
