Brief Answer:
Your mother's CRT is functioning quite well.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

I reviewed carefully your mother's medical report and ECGs, and would like to explain that CRT is functioning quite fine (paced rhythm with acceptable QRS duration).

Also, atrial and ventricular sensing and pacing conditions are perfectly functioning. No significant arrhythmic events have occurred.

So, relax and don't worry!

I believe that her cardiac performance is significantly improved.

I would like to review also her cardiac ultrasound (echo) reports, as they would confirm better the beneficial effects of resynchronization therapy regarding ventricular remodeling.

I am at your disposal if you have other uncertainties.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
