Brief Answer:
Supportive care, prostatitis with likely BPH

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Repeated high white blood cell counts, frequency issues in urine, weakened stream, difficulty micturiting all favour prostatitis with likely BPH. I would suggest a complete prostate exam, urine culture and sensitivity and supportive antibiotic and supportive treatment for likely enlarged prostate. Get urodynamic studies, post micturition residual volume studies and prostate studies to sort it out. It will need supportive care to relieve the symptoms.

The testosterone injection you have been using might be causing prostate symptoms too as testosterones trigger prostate enlargement and is not a wise choice to continue with. Talk to your doctor / urologist and let them sort out the best possible way for you.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
