What Do My X-ray Test Results Indicate?

Question: Hi,
My chest x-ray report shows that both lungs show prominent broncho vascular markings. Both costo-phrenic angle appear normal, both domes of diaphram appear normal, cardiac size and contour show normal appearance, bones underview reveal no abnormality.

Can you please tell me what can be the reason and how to treat prominent broncho vascular markings? XXXXXXX

I can understand your concern.
Prominent bronchovascular markings (BVM) can be normal finding on chest x ray.
So no need to worry for this because you are not having cough.
If x ray is taken in expiratory phase then prominent BVM can be seen without any disease.
Smokers and bronchitis can also cause prominent BVM on chest x ray.
So please let me know
1. Do you have breathlessness?
2. Do you smoke?
