Brief Answer:
Both ECGs are normal

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Actually there is absolutely nothing to worry. Both EGGs are normal. In the second one the nurse has placed the electrodes in a slight different way, it is possible also, the nurse confused v2 and v3, or placed nearer than they should be.
In our medical practice we face such situations quite often. The machine report helps us, but it is not always true. There are nuances, that physician should know.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

Yes, I am a cardiologist.
There are no significant abnormalities and no changes compared to your old ECG in leads V1 and II. In ECGs you provided, V4, V5 and V6 are missing, so I can't say nothing about them, there is only slight change in V2 and V3, which I think is due to placement of V3 very close to V2.

Anxiety can cause only ECG changes such as elevated heart rate and some benign arrhythmias.

And the only advise I would give you is lose weight.

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

There are no significant abnormalities in V4-V6 as well.
It is impossible to explain you why there is no significant abnormality in leads V1 and II, as for it you should have as much knowledge as a cardiologist.

Brief Answer:
Welcome back

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

As I wrote in my previews answers, there are no significant abnormalities on your ECGs. Whether you need further workup, depends on if you have any serious complaints and symptoms. Normal ECG doesn't rule out cardiac problems. So, patients are examined carefully to decide is there is a need for further workup.

You were asking about particular things on ECG, which is not possible to explain, if are not a physician. There are small variations within the normal ranges.
