Brief Answer:
Herpes zoster

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
I can see grouped, red, bumpy rash on left side of neck. Perhaps it is herpes zoster i.e shingles which is a unilateral eruption of grouped papulovesicles due to reactivation of varicella zoster virus. The rash is usually present along the distribution of a single spinal nerve i.e a cutaneous dermatome. There is associated tingling, pins and needle sensation, pain or itching.
Treatment is with oral antivirals e.g valacyclovir 1gm, thrice daily for a week. It is a prescription medication.
