Brief Answer:
Nerve Compression vs vascular problem; Needs further workup at hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. Most common cause for such complaint includes nerve compression, vascular problem (deep vein thrombosis) & cellulitis. If i would suggest you to once visit hospital and get following measures done:

> X-ray lumbosacral spine
> Venous Doppler Ultrasound Leg

Both these will help confirming the cause for your problem. Further management would be given accordingly. Meanwhile you can take acetaminophen for pain & cetirizine one at night for itch.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Wishing you good health !!
