Question: I've been having congestion and bad headaches and noticed daily bloody discharge. It appears that there is a hole between both nostrils The left side is wors that the right. Also experiencing fatigue and no energy.

The symptoms you are experiencing is suggestive of acute bacterial sinusitis.
There might also be mild deviated nasal septum associated, as you are experiencing more prominent symptoms on the left side.
You can use saline nasal drops along with steam inhalation on a regular basis to help relieve the congestion.
Restrict the use of medicated nasal drops containing oxymetazoline/Xylometazoline/ Ephedrine/ Pseudoephedrine to only when the nasal block is too severe.
Continue Flonase
You can also take Allegra D (over the counter) one tablet every 12 hours for allergy symptoms and congestion
Follow up with an ENT specialist for confirming the diagnosis and initiating antibiotics. Amoxicillin-Clavulanic acid is a good initial choice antibiotic.
