Brief Answer:
Transverse nasal crease

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXX Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
You seem to have a condition known as transverse nasal groove/ line however I would like you to kindly upload an image in "Reports Section" so that I am able to confirm.
Transverse nasal groove/ line occurs at the junction of upper 2/3rd and lower 1/3rd of nose at the junction of triangular and alar cartilages and probably represents an embyronic fault.
Although it is resistant to treatment however you may try using a skin lightening cream e.g kojic cream, twice daily or Melacare plus cream, twice daily.

Brief Answer:
Remedy for your acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

You may use Microbenz 3.5% gel for day time application on your acne. For night you may continue with Retino-A 0.025%cream.
You may also start an Oral antiacne antibiotic e.g Cap, Microdox LBX 100mg, twice daily. It would control your acne more effectively.
Use Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion for face wash, twice daily.
For back acne you may use Aknaybar soap for bath. Also use microbenz 3.5% gel twice daily on back.

Brief Answer:
Regarding your acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Sunscreen won't improve complexion. Preferably avoid sunscreen since you also have acne. Sunscreen might exacerbate your acne. If you want to use sunscreen you may use a gel based sunscreen e.g Suncote gel. Its not mandatory to use sunscreen along with benzoyl peroxide. The Capsule I mentioned contains doxycycline which is a commonly prescribed oral antibiotic for acne. Take it for 4 weeks twice daily.

Brief Answer:
A deep Skin fold

Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have viewed the image.

This line is just a deep skin fold in neck and therefore looks darker. To me it is nothing abnormal and requires no intervention.
