I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that these high heart rate values could be related to different possible causes (inflammation, anemia, dehydration or an electrolyte imbalance).

Cardiac arrhythmia can not be excluded either, considering your past medical history.

Coming to this point, I would recommend going to the ER for a physical exam and some tests:

- a resting ECG
- complete blood count for anaemia
- blood electrolytes for possible imbalances
- PCR and ESR for inflammation.

Meanwhile I recommend avoiding physical activity and closely monitor your blood pressure values.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri
