Brief Answer:
Can be due to several causes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

A small bump on mons pubis that is painless can be due to a blocked gland or hair follicle or due to a sebaceous cyst.

This can also be related to genital infections like warts or herpes.

To find out the exact cause, it needs a direct examination and a few tests. The treatment will then depend upon the cause.

I hope this answers your query.
