Brief Answer:
Due to perimenopausal hormonal changes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The irregular periods that you are having are likely to be due to hormonal disturbance due to perimenopausal age group. The absence of periods for more than 6 months suggests perimenopause. The cycles will gradually stop on their own. No need to worry. You can get your serum FSH levels evaluated to further confirm this.
The bloating that you are having can be due to gas and indigestion. Constipation also contributes to it.

You can have regular digestive enzyme supplements and laxatives to improve the symptoms. Get a routine urine test done in case there is pain during urination. Do consult a physician for stronger prescription medicines in case these do not help.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out. Wishing you good health.
