last 3 months, age about 27 i dont have any disease, no chest pain and fever, while breathing sound willcome some XXXXXXX fast breath

Brief Answer: get your nose checked Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for the details. Without underlying problem like chest pain or fever, this symptom is not serious. The breathing sound is probably due to recurrent nose blockade caused by Deviated nasal septum (DNS). Please get it evaluated by an ENT specialist. Hope this helps you. Get well soon.
