Brief Answer:
Needs EKG, echo cardiogram and chest X-ray.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, these symptoms shouldn't be ignored and should prompt the need to evaluate for cardiac functions and a baseline EKG should be done, alongwith echo cardiogram to rule out any heart strain as symptoms being exacerbated by exertion necessitate to rule out heart related issue as first priority.

BP monitoring and sugar levels should also be done alongwith a thyroid profile to rule out any endocrine causes of these symptoms.

Meanwhile micronutrients deficiencies should also be ruled out and replacement can be started before hand.

During all these work ups no exertion or strenuous physical activity is permissible.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope this has answered your query.

Take care.
