Can you please send a photo of the pimples on your lips and the dots on skin of your penis?
I need to evaluate their morphology myself.
Next, are they painful? itchy?
Are they present all the time?
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Visible Fordyce spots(sebaceous glands)...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested photos.

I have gone through them carefully and noted the yellowish white bumps on your lips and penis.

They look like visible Fordyce spots (visible sebaceous glands) taking into account they are there for this long period and without any pain or other symptom.

Usually, no specific treatment is required. Unless you are worried about cosmetic part. If so, can discuss with dermatologist for laser/cryo treatment.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Still thinking about Fordyce spots

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

I went through the new photo and noted the pimple that you popped.

I'm still thinking about Fordyce spot, but highly recommend not to pop them to avoid further complications. Furthermore, by popping them out, you won't let them get healed quickly and properly without scar.

If you can't stop popping, I highly recommend to consult with dermatologist to get them treated by laser or cryotherapy.

All the best.

Okay i just talked to my mom about it and she said she use to get the same thing when she was younger. So you think that its genetic? She also said that to wait until it forms a black head to pop it, theres nothing that the dermatologist can do about it you agree with that ?

Brief Answer:
Not genetic, but more prevalent in young people...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

No, that's not genetic. But, it is known that Fordyce spots are more prevalent among young people than older ones. However, no known cause has been cited so far.

I too think you should not pop it and do not expose to the direct sunlight as they will become more visible.

As a medical doctor, for the cosmetic part, the dermatologist can use lase or cryotherapy methods to make them disappear. However, I'm still thinking not to pop them out.

All the best.
