What Causes Yellow Discharge From A Mole?

Question: Is my mole cancerous? It drains yellow pus when pressed.

It is collection of debris under skin and discharges white pus like material on pressing.
Cancerous moles don't discharge yellow pus.

It is seborrheic keratosis a collection of blocked sebaceous glands.
It ís a very common condition and is totally harmless.
There is nothing to worry about.
Please meet a dermatologist and get it removed.
It can be easily removed using radio frequency ablator.
