Brief Answer:
It could be urticaria or dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have seen the pictures you uploaded.

Here, I would like to know some more information.

1) Since how long do you have this itching?
2) Have you suffered from Jaundice recently?
3) Do you have Allergy or Asthma?

This could be either urticaria or dermatitis which is inflammation of skin but the other causes of itching have to be ruled out also.

There is no need to worry as it isn't serious or contagious.

Kindly get yourself examined by some local dermatologist so that he/she may examine you in detail and can run few tests like,

1) Complete hemogram with differential counts.
2) Urine examination
3) liver and renal function tests
4) thyroid profile.

Once the cause is confirmed, you will be treated accordingly along with removal of possible triggering factor. No need to worry about vomiting as it will subside once itching is controlled.

Till that time, following measures will help.

1.) Apply Caladryl or calamine lotion to affected areas which will reduce itching.
2.) Apply cool, wet compression or coconut or olive oil to keep skin moist.
3.) Drink plenty of water.
4.) Avoid scratching as much as possible, Trim nails.
5.) Wear smooth cotton clothing.
6.) apply Lobate cream mixed with Vaseline lotion over the affected areas of body twice a day after taking bath .
7.)Take tablet levocetrizine 10 mg once a day daily at night which is available as OTC.
8.) Better to avoid saridon as you might have allergy to it,you can take alternative analgesic like diclofenac.

You can take this treatment for about one to two weeks and It should surely be of help in your problem.

But I would again emphasise that you should see a local dermatologist for follow up since you need a complete evaluation to find the cause of this dermatitis or urticaria.

Hope this detailed information will help you.

Brief Answer:
Go for all the investigations as I said earlier.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.

If that jandice was obstructive (post hepatic),if you know then please tell me.

Here, you should go for all the investigations as I said earlier.

If you have constipation, then you should take syrup cremaffin plus 2TSF at bed time and have a soft diet with high fiber diet like all the salads.

Feeling tiredness or sleepy could be due to low hemoglobin but first get all the investigations.

Start all medications as I suggested earlier and if possible take appointment to see dermatologist to find out the actual cause behind this itching.

Hope this will help you.
