Question: hey i recently tried dip once on 9/11 and absolutely hated it. Today i noticed some white little dots on the inside right side of my cheek and a raised decent size leisure im so scared about oral cancer. Can you get cancer from dipping once. Also my face feels kinda numb today.

The white lesions would be due to irritation/inflammation of the surface of the cheek from using the dipping tobacco but should resolve within 1 to 2 weeks.

In terms of the risk of cancer, cancer risk is due to built up injury or repeated exposure to a cancer causing agent such as tobacco.
This means that you would have to be continuously or repeatedly exposed to get cancer.

This one episode will not lead to cancer
