Brief Answer:
Needs work up and management

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. White discharge from the penis may be normal semen if sexually inactive for more than a week. If it is associated with any discomfort, pain urinating, scrotal swelling, burning urethra or any history of recent unprotected coitus then it is highly needed to get evaluated for any UTI or genital tract infections like STDs . You should consult a doctor or go to ER, let them do the urine routine exam, take swabs from the discharge for culture and sensitivity. No coitus till then, abstain from masturbation , maintain good hygiene . Treatment will be decided according to the lab reports. Till then you may take tylenol for the pain. Azo and cranberry juices if prescribed can be continued.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
